From Home Builder to Trusted Quantity Surveyor
Cube Consulting was founded by Phil Thompson, a Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years of building experience behind him. Phil spent two decades running a successful Mangawhai building company. He always enjoyed the numbers side of every project so when he sold his building business and still loved the industry, moving into estimating was a natural step.
What began as helping a few builders quickly grew into Cube Consulting, where Phil now offers QS services shaped by real construction experience. Builders, architects and homeowners rely on him for clear, accurate costs and the practical insight that comes from someone who has built homes for years.
